Cape Elizabeth Football is a non-profit Maine Organization and has organized a football program for Cape Elizabeth children in Grades K-12. Your registration is considered a donation to the Cape Elizabeth Football Program to cover equipment, trainers, coaches, fields, and all other things football. Please select the appropriate age group as you register your child for the upcoming Football season.
